This monthly programme will guide and support you as well as add consistency to your training to make sure you’re able to achieve the goals you’ve set yourself.

If you’re a beginner who’s new to running, our online coaching will help you improve your running form and your fitness, as well as help you to run faster and get that sub 30-minute 5k.

Experienced runners can also benefit from following the programme as the strength and conditioning coaching we provide will work alongside any existing training plans.

We understand the struggles of fitting in training when you have other commitments such as work or a young family. This is why the training we put together is simple and to the point. You’ll know exactly what to do wherever you work out during the week.

All the training in the programme has been tried and tested by us and we use our simple four-step system to make sure you see the benefits quickly. The areas we focus on are as follows:

  • Step 1: Mobility and balance
  • Step 2: Strength and core
  • Step 3: Power and plyometrics
  • Step 4: Prehab and recovery
