There are many reasons to hire a personal trainer, such as wanting to lose weight for a special event, lacking the motivation to train on your own or simply not knowing the best exercises to do when you’re at the gym.

Our personal training sessions are designed by our experienced and friendly trainers to help support you in reaching your fitness goals. We’ll plan your programme specifically for you, whatever your level, and whether you’re looking for fat loss, are just starting your fitness journey or are an experienced athlete aiming to get to the next level, our training sessions will set you on the right path. 

We put alot of thought into your training. We will have a consultation where we'll get an understanding of what you want to achieve and will help to inform the programme design. Each month we will reflect on what you have acheived which will then provide even more insight into future training. 

Our core programme is Semi Private Personal Training, which involves personal training in a small group of up to 4 people. Each person follows their own bespoke training plan and receives help and supervision from our personal trainers during each session. Our training will ensure you feel positive and confident when you perform the exercises as we focus on your technique. 

These sessions run at peak times in the evening. You’ll meet and train with like-minded people while having fun and making new friends.

You can also access the training sessions online if you're unable to attend the studio, this enables you to workout from the comfort of your own home. 

Semi Private Personal Training includes either 2 or 3 training sessions a week for 12 weeks and is fantastic value with prices from only £19.36 per session. We also offer monthly payment plans to help you budget for your membership.

Your personal training membership includes:

  • Body measurements and progress assessments to help you stay motivated and on track.
  • An individual training programme that has been designed specifically for you, based on your consultation with one of our coaches.
  • Help and advice from your personal trainer during each session.
  • Access to our booking system so you can manage your own training schedule.
  • Exercise plans to do at home if you want to fit in extra training. 
  • Advice on topics such as stretching, using a foam roller and trigger point work.
  • Discounts off our sports massages to enable you to alleviate any aches and pains.
  • Monthly workshops and seminars on topics such as nutrition and snacking.
  • Membership of our Inner Circle Facebook group, where you can obtain great advice from the trainers and other members.

2 sessions a week for 12 weeks: £497 (or 3 payments of £165)
3 sessions a week for 12 weeks: £697 (or 3 payments of £235)

Sessions run Monday to Friday at 17:30.

Our personal training studio is based in West Bridgford, with great transport links from Nottingham city centre. We have lots of different equipment in the studio so we can cater for all exercise requirements, from functional training to strength and conditioning.

1-1 Personal Training

As well our Semi-Private Personal Training Programme, we also offer 1-1 and paired personal training so you can work out alone or with a friend.  

You can book either 1 or 2 sessions per week and we offer sessions at a variety of times to ensure you can fit your training around your other commitments. You also get all the same benefits as our group personal training clients receive (see above).

Your training can be done face to face at the studio or if you're not local to Nottingham or are unable to attend the studio you can also train online for added flexibility.  

1:1 Personal Training

1 session a week: £180 per month
2 sessions a week: £360 per month

Paired Personal Training

1 session a week:  £200 (£100 each) per month
2 sessions a week: £400 (£200 each) per month
