WHAT COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES HAVE YOU GOT IN PLACE?

We have put in place a number of additional cleaning and hygiene measures in place to keep everybody safe. We have the great advantage of being a small and bespoke Personal Training studio which means client numbers are limited and we work on an appointment-only system. I’m thinking of having personal training sessions. What do I need to do?

Just contact us to arrange a phone consultation and we will have a chat about what you’re wanting to achieve and which one of our programmes would be best for you.

How much are personal training sessions?

We have options available to suit any budget, ranging from £8.25 to £41.50 a session. Check out our programmes to see which one you might be interested in.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our online running coach, obstacle course race training, semi-private personal training and individual personal training sessions are all paid for monthly by Direct Debit using GoCardless. We accept both cash and card payments for sports massage.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. All we ask is that you stay for a minimum of one month after you join us.

Is there a joining fee?

No, there isn’t.

What times are the group sessions?

Our semi-private personal training and obstacle course race training programmes are on Monday to Friday at 5.30pm and 6.30pm, and on Saturdays at 10.30am.

What times are the 1:1 sessions?

We have lots of availability for individual personal training sessions on most days of the week so there should always be a time available to suit you.

Do I need to be a member to use the studio?

No, you can book onto our workshops for £10 a session.

What benefits do I get for being a member?

As a member you get a 10% discount off sports massages, early booking on the workshops, you get to be part of our private members community on Facebook and you can come on our events and activities with us.

How do I book my sessions?

You can book and manage all your sessions via our online booking system.

What is involved in the sessions?

You’ll be able to follow the individual training plan our coaches have designed for you and will receive help and support with the exercises from one of our personal trainers.

What do I need to bring with me to each session?

Clothes you’re comfortable exercising in, a drink and a towel.

Do I get nutrition support?

Yes, when you join our programmes you will get support with your nutrition. We can offer further help through our workshops on snacking, meal planning, healthy eating.

Whereabouts is the studio?

The studio is in the centre of West Bridgford, within easy reach of Nottingham city centre.

Are there any changing facilities?

There is a toilet that you’ll be able to change in if needed.

Is there parking?

There is on-street parking outside the studio and you can also park on the surrounding roads.

What is a sports massage?

A sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques to work on specific areas of the body to increase blood flow, remove knots and improve mobility.

Do I need a sports massage?

Everybody can benefit from a sports massage as they help alleviate the aches and pains we’re all prone to.

How long is a sports massage for?

The first session is for 60 minutes and subsequent massages can either be 45 or 60 minutes.

How much is a sports massage?

A 60-minute session is £45 and a 45-minute session is £35.
