A great bonus of our memberships is the opportunity to come to two open gym sessions a month for no extra cost. You’ll have access to the studio and can use the weights and other equipment to do additional training. We aren’t like the big gyms in Nottingham: we are a small, private studio and we want to make sure you experience the best workouts possible so there will always be a personal trainer available to help you during open gym sessions.  

When you attend a session, you can follow your individually-designed training plan or use one of the open gym training plans to add variety to your workouts. We timetable a number of open gym sessions on different days and times of the week so there should always be a session at a time to suit you.

We only accept a limited number of bookings for each open gym session to ensure the area on the gym floor has plenty of space for everyone to train in. So whether you’re doing a high intensity session or are using the weights, you’ll have all the room you need and you won’t have to queue for equipment.

Attending an open gym session is a great way for non-members to try out our facilities without needing to commit to a full membership. Sessions cost just £10 each for non-members and you can book by phone or email.
