Your running goals are my passion and I am here to help you achieve them. What makes me qualified to help you? I’ve been featured in Obstacle Race Magazine, Women’s Running Magazine and Mud Is My Make Up blog and I specialise in training runners and obstacle course racers.

My goal is to help you achieve your potential and, as I regularly race, know what hints, tips, and techniques to use on race day and I will pass all this information to you.

In this workshop we will cover:

  • Exercises to help get you fitter and stronger so to support your running
  • Warm-up techniques to get your body and your mindset ready for both training and race day
  • Energy-boosting snack ideas & recipes
  • Recovery exercises and tools that you can use to reduce muscle soreness post-training and races


If you suffer from aches, pains and DOMS (delayed onset of muscular soreness), keep picking up running injuries or are worried about lower back pain, runners knees, shin splints or plantar fasciitis this workshop has been developed to help you.

In this workshop we will cover:

  • Different stretches to help you feel more flexible and supple
  • How to foam roll correctly, utilising the correct techniques to hit your pain points
  • Trigger point therapy so you know how to apply targeted pressure to release your muscles
  • Self-massage techniques to relieve aches and pains in your muscles when you have a knot or area of tension


Nutrition is key to fuelling your body so to ensure you are full of energy and not fatiguing as you increase your running distance.

Do you find you feel tired after you run, that your muscles ache or that you really don’t like the energy gels and sports drinks you have been advised to consume? If any of these sound like you then this workshop is for you.

In this workshop we will cover:

  • How to fuel and the importance of that fuel for your training and running
  • Meal planning so to take the stress away of thinking about what to eat
  • Snacks to have before, during and after your training and running to boost your energy
  • Different types of drinks to have to keep yourself hydrated


As a runner you can be overwhelmed by the advice and information offered in different online groups and struggle with how to apply it in your training and running In this workshop we will cover some of the common problems that runners face and answer any questions you may have surrounding your training.

In this workshop we will cover:

  • What is cadence and how it can affect your running
  • What is your gait and the impact on your feet
  • How to improve your training and running pace
  • What the correct running form and technique is
  • How your posture can affect your running
  • Basic exercise to help your running
