This week, I have a challenge for you and it’ll keep you busy over the Christmas break.
You’re going to see how you can increase your grip strength using a towel for your pull ups.
Grip work is always needed when you’re obstacle racing and I’ve found this exercise is great with my clients and they have seen a real difference when they then started incorporating this exercise in their training.
You can start by holding the towel for as long as possible and then progress to doing your pull ups with it.
