Our Personal Training Programmes provide the additional guidance you’ll need. Our Training System is simple to follow and you’ll see the benefits straight a way.

Your membership includes:
- 1, 2 or 3 Personal Training sessions a week from your home or Private Personal Training Studio so that you have plenty of flexibility
- Monthly body measurements and pictures so we can to monitor your progress and get you to your events feeling great
- Nutritional guide and food diary support so that you can be prepared when it comes to race day
- Foam Rolling and Trigger Point Guide so that we can speed up your recovery and improve your flexibility
- Training programmes to do in your own time so that you know exactly what do to in the gym
- Access to our community on Facebook to hang out and share your pictures and videos so you’ll be supported throughout your training
