Gemma Spackman has worked with many sports people at a local and national level, helping helping them to conquer their fears and get results in 5k and 10k races all the way up to marathons.

A number of Gemma’s clients have taken part in Tough Guy, Tough Mudder, Rat Race’s Dirty Weekend and one even went to the 2016 OCR World Championships.

Gemma is a regular feature writer in Obstacle Race Magazine, having articles published which shares her expertise on training to get you race ready.

She is the perfect fit for you. She is the Head Coach at Fundamental Sports and Fitness and has gained her experience from completing her Degree in Sports Development and Coaching at the prestigious Sheffield Hallam University. Gemma has further enhanced her knowledge by completing her Diploma in Personal Training.

She is a bit of an adrenaline junkie and has sky dived out of planes, surfed in Australia, skied in Canada and is always on the look out for her next adventure; which could be inspired by you!
